Welcome to the website of Kiernan Personal Injury Attorneys PA. We pride ourselves in representing victims of all accident related injuries and wrongful death cases throughout the state of Minnesota.

Thomas Kiernan has been successfully representing victims of personal injury, automobile accidents, and wrongful death for over 21 years-since 1990. Mr. Kiernan is a Certified Trial Specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association; only 3% of Minnesota attorneys have this certification. He was named a "Super Lawyer" by Minnesota Journal of Law and Politics; only 5% of Minnesota attorneys have received this award.

We have helped clients receive millions of dollars in settlements and jury awards. While we work first to negotiate a fair settlement without going to trial, with a Certified Trial Specialist you can be assured of an experienced and knowledgeable attorney who can and will try your case if needed. We anticipate and prepare your case as if it is going to trial. This will often result in a better settlement without a trial. We are a paperless office working with all records in digital format. This allows us to work efficiently and have your file at our finger tips at trial and in court hearings and proceedings. We utilize state of the art equipment from Macintosh computers, to high definition projectors and high resolution monitors and screens to facilitate the viewing of your case in court. We often receive compliments on the organization and manner in which we can quickly present trial exhibits and material to the courts and jurors.

Since 2008, we have been concentrating on going green. Our practice is geared for litigation with a paperless and digital workflow-utilizing state of the art computers and technologies. Our digital office allows us to conserve energy and space with very little use of paper, toner, mailings, and file cabinets. In addition we recycle paper and equipment as well as re-purpose or donate older equipment. We donate to the local schools both in time and equipment.

Please call us and let us help you understand what benefits may be available to you as a result of your injury or loss. You will speak with an attorney (not a junior associate or intake person) who will personally handle your case and answer any questions you may have. We can meet with you in our office, in the hospital or at your home.

There is no fee or charge for the initial consultation. In fact, you will not pay any fee, unless we recover for you. CALL TODAY! (763) 682-1082.
